Adebola Adebodun
Chairman/Chief Executive
Adebola started Mobereola in 1992 as a family run business. Prior to Mobereola, she worked in the banking sector for several years where she identified the Real Estate industry as an emerging space in Nigeria. She is semi-retired and leaves the day to day management of the company to the Management team. She remains the Chairman and Chief Executive officer.
Olumayowa Adebodun
Executive Director, Business Development, Client Services & Project Management
Mayowa heads the Mobereola team. With a degree in Estate Management from the University of Lagos, Akoka and a Masters in Public Administration from the Lagos State University . His experience covers various industries from Telecommunications to Construction to Property. In property he has extensive experience in Valuation and Facility Management. Mayowa is an excellent business man, combining education with practical experience to differentiate Mobereola.
Olawale Oladapo
Project Manager Site Engineer
Olawale’s professional experience covers Administrative and Technical roles in Building Construction & Property renovations . Armed with a degree in Civil Engineering from University of Lagos, Wale’s career started with an Administrative role at Work point limited and spans a period of over 14years resulting in the development of several competencies in the sector.
Wale manages the Engineering Process Unit at Mobereola. His experience in Building construction has facilitated the way our sites are constructed under his watch thus allowing to meet building codes, regulations and requirements which ensures that Site is conducted with best practises.
Bolaji Lawal
Project Manager Site Build
With a B. Engineering (Electrical & Electronics) from the Federal University of Technology, Minna,- Niger State, Bolaji has horned his skills and developed competencies across a range of Engineering services. He started his professional career in Civil Works engaging in various building and road construction works. Bolaji keyed into the massive development going on in the Telecommunication Sector and took the skills garnered into Telecommunications Site Build and Integrated Site Maintenance activities. Falling back on his Electrical & Electronics Engineering background, Bolaji has capabilities to manage the installation of several transmission equipment.
Leye Williams
Project Manager Construction
Leye is a qualified Civil & Environmental Engineer with over 10 years industry experience. In keeping with the Mobereola tradition of excellence and innovation, Richard has distinguished himself especially in the use of innovative alternative building technologies. Amongst many distinguishing factors, he has successfully used the polysterene panel method in several standing structures. He is adept at the use of several project management tools ensuring projects are detailed on time and within budget every time. Projects executed range from N500, 000 to several millions.
Olusola Adebodun
Director Business Development
With graduate degrees in Law, Business Administration, Technology Management and a Project Management Certification. Olusola is a trusted Advisor & C-Level Executive “Thought Partner” , she has global experience in creating strategies for transformational business change, success in designing and delivering business operating models for emerging markets, and hands-on experience designing and implementing service readiness assessments and best practice applications for organizations. She is responsible for all Business Development at Mobereola.
